BEYOND any expectation and service needed! Very clean, maintained and lighted facility to trust your belongings with. I have multiple units for over a year at this facility. I was blown away by random price increase. I called and Spoke to Stephanie and she was such a wonderful help to me. She answered the phone, calmed my panic and went to fix my concern immediately. She got in touch with higher up manager to fix my prices back to normal rate and assured me if it wasn’t done in time, she would help me cover any additional issues if so. She helped me immediately. There was no waiting around, no calling multiple times, she left no time to stress and worry any longer. She handled my issues in such a kind and helpful person to represent this company.
