Once again, Mary has done a phenomenal job of assisting me. Thank you Mary! I’m not sure if Mary is still with the company, and working at another location, or going back and forth between locations. The other people at this location annoyed me. Please tell me why they have a dumpster in the front corner on the left as you go out of the exit gate? Because it seems that you go out of your way not to advertise it, and to dissuade people from using it. I asked multiple times to have it unlocked for bags of trash. Each time, I was met with a bunch of questions about what is it, how big is it, etc. It was trash! That’s why I wanted to put it in the dumpster. I paid a lot of money for an extended period of time at this location. I started out with one climate controlled unit, an 8x10 I believe. Then I switched to non climate controlled, 10x20. Then I rented an additional 10x20, which costed me more than the first because of the insurance I put on that one. I rented with this location from the end of December, 2021, until September of last year. I did not appreciate the reluctance to come out and unlock the dumpster, multiple times as I was cleaning up the units.
