My experience thus far at the Argosy Dr location in Winston Salem has been amazing! The facility is clean, well kept, safe and well-lit. My only drawback was that my rate had doubled after 3-4 months. I had called the office today to get a better understanding and Ryan (I believe that’s his name) was AMAZING and EXTREMELY kind and thorough in his explanation and helped to adjust my rate. I understand that market rate varies and that an increase is to be expected at times, but he was so kind and knowledgeable and so willing to make sure my increase was feasible and something I could easily maintain moving forward. 10/10 facility AND customer service for sure! Thanks so much!
