My husband has been using this unit since we moved for his gear for work. Their garage door is currently broken and so we parked in a different spot than normal. Apparently, that was “the owners spot” no sign anywhere said that, but their long blonde hair staff member came out yelling at us for parking and loading our gear. I’m actually stunned at how aggressive her tone was from the beginning. We had no issue moving our car if needed but there is zero reason to come out as angry as she did at people for using the space they pay for. Girl, you’re providing a service, your service isn’t full functional because it’s broken, the owners weren’t anywhere to be seen. Why are you yelling?
