Great facility. Would come late at night sometimes and felt safe. Good staff. I had a very large temperature controlled unit (I believe it was 10’x20’ if I’m not mistaken) for a few years and never once had any issues. Everything is easily accessible and they even have a garage you can pull in while accessing your indoor unit. Dollies provided, as well. Clean bathroom. Auto lights that turn on with movement. 3 levels of security- the gate to get into the property, the door to get inside, then the lock to one’s personal storage unit. Nice hours for accessing from 6am-10pm daily. Only downside for me was that the price increased a good bit within the approximate 2 years of having the unit- it went from low $300’s/month to $433/month by the time I moved out. Essentially, it was at least a $50 increase per additional year of having the unit. Don’t know if that’s typical with units or not, but take what you will with that info. Otherwise, very safe, reliable and clean facility. Access to information, unit selection, payment, and move out options via their easy to use website, as well.

Lashanda was amazing! I needed to transfer my unit to a smaller one, and she helped me do that over the phone in a very smooth process. I’ve been renting a unit here for many years now and have never had an issue.

This is a superb storage facility. I rent storage units all over, and this is by far the best I've seen. The code is simple to remember, not a string of WTH is that number. The carts were in excellent shape. I contacted someone online and never had to see anyone face to face. The elevator was tricky at first, when you drive in you are on the second floor, and the units are at 1 in front. The third floor had the 2s and so on. After figuring that out it was smooth. I dont keep storage units to long usually, but ease in and out is what i love. I will look for more of these types across the country.
