Mark at the Extra Space Storage on Bailey Rd. was absolutely amazing! He was extremely helpful and attentive from the moment I arrived. He took the time to give me a tour of the facility and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. When I mentioned my knee issues, he was so considerate and made sure the unit I selected was close to the elevator for easy access. He also pointed out all the great features the facility offers, which I really appreciated. I have been a customer with Life Storage for many years. After using competitors of Life Storage, now Extra Space Storage, in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina, I must say the management of the Life Storage property by Mark Gary stands head and shoulders above the rest! The property is kept clean and very secure; any elevators, garage doors and gates are well serviced; the office hours are professionally observed and the response by staff has always been pleasant. This is the only storage property I've used where I always feel safe working on my own.

I needed a long-term one year rental and Mark at extra space storage Bailey Road location, Cornelius, North Carolina he had that available. He’s so knowledgeable hooked me up with a Great price for one year storage with a nice unit, great facility for large trucks indoor loading and unloading probably one of the best. If not the best storage facilities I’ve ever used. I was in the Insurance restoration business and had to reconstruct many homes and Store the furniture from fires and floods for months so I know a little bit about storage units. I would highly recommend Mark an extra space At the Bailey Road location. And if you’re worried about security, this has one of the best security systems I’ve used at a storage unit facility. .

The office team was so good at helping me with some administrative requirements need to get access to the app. I called a couple of times and they did not act bothered at all. Very pleased with the service provided in maintaining the storage unit. I am also very pleased with these units and accessibility to them.
