Fantastic experience with Extra Space Storage on Gresham Lake Rd in Raleigh. We had a storage unit at this location for a year and a half. Jordan and team have been outstanding to deal with. This facility is hands down the CLEANEST, best air quality and best price in the area. Hours/Access are great. We will be back when we need another unit. Keep up the good work team - we appreciate you and your facility.

I have been renting a unit here since June and have had a great experience. The facility is well-lit and kept very clean. There is even a bathroom on the first floor. Sherman, the facility manager, was very friendly and helpful when it came time for me to downsize my storage unit. I like that you can rent your space completely online or in-person, depending on what you need. Highly recommend this location!

Sherman is AMAZING! I’ve spoken with him on at least two occasions and he is always pleasant and willing to help. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Sherman makes my experience with Extra Storage enjoyable. Thank you Sherman for always going the extra mile!
