I really can truly say that Extra Space Storage here in Raleigh has given me the most incredible experience thanks to Kelly. I am astonished at her customer service skills in this time that we live in where most companies try and ignore you and minimize your need for help. I am writing this review to let Kelly know and anyone deciding to choose a professional and reliable storage company to look no further in Raleigh because this is it. I called the office and talked to Kelly to find out if my payment was received and she assured me that it had posted to my account. I asked her about the increase that would take place the following month as I explained to her and she agreed that it was the normal increase but she would talk to the corporate office to see if they could make any adjustments. She assured me that she would call me back with an answer not knowing what would happen but she insisted on trying anyway, regardless of the outcome. She called me back as promised with good news from corporate telling me that I would only get a $2.00 increase. I want to thank Kelly and Extra Space Storage for making a decision that will totally change my life going forward. Kelly had no idea that I had to quit my job to care for my terminally ill mother and what she did for me was truly a blessing. Kelly, I can’t thank you enough.???????????? Lisa C
