The online rental process is so easy with Extra Space. I was able to have a unit rented and ready within just a few minutes. You really don’t need to come into the office for anything if you do it this way. Your confirmation email will contain your gate access and your unit will have the lock inside of it.There’s a garage for customer parking that holds the entrance to the elevators to reach the units, all of which at this facility require the elevator or stairs to reach. If you’re unloading you’re able to park directly in front of the entrance to the units. They have carts that you’re able to use to load and unload located by the elevators. Brandon, the general manager, was so helpful and obviously cares about his facility. It’s maintained exceptionally and very secure. I’m glad I chose this Extra Space

Brandon was a lot of help with helping me pick out the storage. I need it. He also welcome me with a warm hello when I got here because it was a couple people sitting outside. He assured me that I was safe. He helped me with my key and lock overall Brandon was a great Person. Have vibrations of customer service well spoken. This is a nice storage even though I’ll only be here for a little while I do recommend this storage and I do recommend Brandon to assist you with booking your storage.

It's now been a year that I called Life Storage (now renamed to Extra Space Storage) and spoke with Brandon about my needs. He's been there for me every step of the way and continues to provide amazing customer service. 11/26/2024 Update: I just moved my stuff out of storage in an effort to finally get rid of most of it. Getting stuff in and out of this facility is a breeze. They have 2 elevators and an actual covered parking garage. Leaving is bittersweet, because I've enjoyed my interactions with Brandon. Brandon is what makes this storage facility special. You can absolutely depend on him. I know I'll be back one day.

Needing to rent a storage unit I had the good fortune to find Extra Space Storage. I can not say enough about how expressed I am by the facility and above all the manager Brandon. He went above and beyond to show me the property and find me a unit that would work perfectly. I never felt rushed and was comfortable and felt safe and secure while on the property. I was looking to change storage unit facilities because my current place is just awful! I am so glad I found Extra Space and met Brandon. He was extremely helpful in helping find the perfect storage unit, as he walked around and showed me what was available on each floor. He took his time and walked me through the whole process of entering the building and getting to my new storage space. The units and building are so clean and feel very safe.
