This was my first time renting a storage unit, and I'm so glad I chose Extra Space Storage! I originally stopped at another storage facility nearby because I thought it was the same company. The experience there was so unpleasant that I walked right back out. I overheard an employee speaking very disrespectfully about a customer, then watched her treat another customer the same way. No one even acknowledged me when I walked in. I decided to try Extra Space Storage instead, and the difference was incredible. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. Mella took the time to understand my needs, showed me different unit options, and explained everything thoroughly. Even after I left, I had to call her three different times because I couldn't remember all the details. Each time, Mella was patient, kind, and happy to help. She never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. The facility is clean, well-lit, climate-controlled, and very easy to navigate. Most importantly, Mella made my first storage experience completely stress-free. Thank you, Mella, for your professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service. You've earned a loyal customer, and I'll definitely be returning for any future storage needs!
