At first I had troubled doing my reservation online so I went up to the facility on Springfield Pike In Cincinnati, Ohio, and was greeted by an agent named Carrie. Carrie made my day. She helped me finish the process, gave me the information that I needed to rent a unit, and went over the telephone usage and everything. She had other customers come in and she greeted them and told them she would be with them in a moment, but she continued to assist me all the way to the end. She Kept a smile on her face, very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. She made me feel really comfortable by reading with this company. Thank you, Carrie.
