Where to begin. For starters, their phone service system is terrible. Its such a clunky think to deal with. Trying to reach an agent is horrible. The roads in and out, are WAY to narrow. Pulling a trailer is almost impossible and if you didn't know what you were doing, you could easily get sick or hit something. Last but definitely not least, the pricing. I've had a smaller unit for a year. In that time, my rate has increased $100 a month. $100 a month with no changes or added features or anything different. I have the same small crapie unit in the same narrow complex, nothing has changed. It started after having the unit for 6 months and they jumped my rate from $80 to $120 and I had a fit. So they were nice and dropped it to $100. 6+ months later, a random rate increase. But this time the increase went from $100 to 183. Are you serious?! I cannot figure out why the increase. No electric, not climate controlled, no lights, no changes what so ever. GREED, PURE GREED!
