The facility is very clean and modern. Climate control works great. Zoe and Dominique are awesome. They are very friendly and professional. I like the fact that I was greeted as I walked in. Although there was a unit already assigned after explaining to Zoe that I was handicap and would like a unit close to the dock, she was willing to make the change. She suggested I take a look at the available unit, which was great that she showed me because it was smaller than I anticipated. It's so hard to find professional people who enjoy their job now days. With that being said, big kudos to Zoe and Dominique for their professional representation of the company. I will definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to family and friends.
