I was told that my first month using the storage would be free, no one explained that I would be charged that money the second month. Very misleading. Then I was sent a link saying my unit number was one thing and I couldn’t find that unit anywhere, I couldn’t even call from my phone number I had to use someone else’s phone to get a live representative on the phone to even find where my storage unit was. I like that they were able to find me an empty unit at the location i requested but everything else was not a good experience
