It was very easy working with Extra Space to get things set up. They allowed me to come to the facility and look at a couple of different units. This helped me figure out which size I really needed. The units I saw were very clean and no signs of leaks, broken doors or other issues. There was no pressure to make a decision. Ashley took the time to answer my questions about gate access, locks, insurance, etc. Once I made a decision on the storage size, the rest of the process was completed electronically. This was convenient and I had everything done in just a few minutes. I used a moving company to transport the large items. Overall I am very happy with the service I have received from Extra Space Storage.

Melissa has been super to work with and I feel very safe and secure with the facilities too. I feel like the online chat function staff who linked me with the local office was also great. All around everyone has made my experience with extra space easy and no-stress- which is awesome!

This place is amazing melissa got us taken care of and she rocks a good conversation and even better sales skills made this experience perfect for me and my brother we had drove by thinking we were going to another storage facility but after talking to melissa it made the choice easy not to mention shes easy to be friends with wish I could give more then 5 stars
