I've had some issues with the gates and after hours business access, but recently the manager responded to me at 1:30am that the gate was working again, just a few hours after I left a voicemail. I was hoping they would get my call in the morning but responding to me at night was above and beyond what I expected. I don't have a place to park my boss's trailer outside of the storage unit so I rushed over as soon as I got the message. There is a high probability that the keypad was working all along and I was just sleep deprived after working 14hrs and entered in the wrong gate code, and I apologize if it was just user error, but either way thanks for getting back to me quickly!! I was trying not to wake anyone up and just get your attention in the morning, I'm probably the most troublesome tenant, so thanks for putting up with us.

Thanks for a great storage rental experience. I have used different Extra Space Storage locations for many years. The office staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciate the promotions they run. The only recommendation I would make is to make increases a little more gradual from the promotional rate. Unit was in a great location and I felt that my items were safe there.
