We had no issues with this space. We rented in January. The unit was clean and the sign up process was easy. We just got a notice in the mail that our rate is going from $124/month to $210/month…they stated the rate was subject to change when we signed up, but to go up almost 70% is insane. It’s certainly inconvenient to move all of the stuff you put in storage and I’m sure they bank on that to get away with this outrageous price increase. We will be moving storage spaces after this. A small increase, fine. Almost 70% is diabolical. They also give you a discount for a five star rating so be weary of reviews.
