Since moving my stuff to the North Olmsted facility from a competitor, my experience has been great! The branch manager, Amy, has been awesome and very accommodating to me! She gets 5 stars easily. I give the company a 4 star rating because I feel whoever they contracted to set up their keypad entry system is dragging their feet. It causes me an in convenience because I can only enter my storage unit when someone is onsite. No one is there on Sunday's, so I cannot enter. Once the keypad entry system is operational, everything will be good! Amy is also currently training a gentleman to be onsite. If you are looking for a good, clean storage unit and an awesome branch manager in Amy, this is the place to choose! Amy has been nothing but the best! It's the people like Amy that sold me on why I should store my stuff with Extra Space Storage! Thank you...
