Very helpful, courteous staff always willing to help and go the extra mile. Dan answered all my questions and made great suggestions, making my move in and move out a memorable experience. Facility was always kept neat and tidy. I felt safe accessing my unit whenever I needed to.

Josh is so friendly and helpful! Through every step of the process we had all of our questions answered and he even reopened the store so we could use the restroom! The facilities are SUPER clean and better than expected. Highly recommend!

Amy the manager is just very rude..forget about getting a discount for having more than one unit..and they force a insurance fee on you ..which is crap..and if your late its 26 dollars..very expensive place to use and my stuff has gotten wet when it storms there too..I should not be forced to pay insurance on my units..it's north olmsted..not cleveland! I've 3 locks on each unit as well..I expect someone to read this and I'll get in contact with corporate I deserve a discount to have two units here..it does not cost you that much to let me use two units..I feel like I'm being robbed with you constantly raising my rates..and my units are outside of the building too..not inside where it's warm or cold so you don't have to deal with the weather like I do ..I can't close it up when I'm inside..it's pitch dark..I expect someone from corporate to read this and let me follow up..not happy being ripped off every month..maybe I'll clean out my garage and save money by not using you anymore! Respond! Was there today 3-14-26 Unit next to mine was damaged.. they didn't know until I told them.. That's how secure this place is.. SMH
