I was fairly spur of the moment looking for climate-controlled storage; brief internet research made this Extra Space storage location look like a solid option. When I visited, Dave was very professional and thorough, explaining specifics, answering questions, and generally being very transparent about policies, prices, and so on. Thus far, the facility has been extremely clean, pleasantly "quiet" when I've been there; the unit I've rented is clean/dry/cool, the rolling door has no problems I've seen, the lock is surprisingly convenient, and so on. Corporately, there is an app that I'm still figuring out but looks helpful once I do. Glad to have taken a chance--the experience and how I've been treated has been better than I thought I could expect!
