Waited awhile for an important email supposedly sent many times by multiple representatives. Hopeful issue is addressed and resolved by tomorrow so I can update my review. Easy access, easily accessible, 24/ hour is available upon request at time of purchase and cost $25.00 dollars extra a month. Otherwise 6am-10pm.

This place deserves 0 stars. Was lied to us about reserving unit in advance. Upon arrival to make the initial payment found unit we reserved over two weeks ago was no longer available. After a long day I loaded up my vehicle to unload our first load, lo and behold we did not have 24hr access as we had originally requested and were informed by Nicholas who reassured we would. Additionally, Nicholas instructed insurance is mandatory, found out later on that too was an absolute lie while speaking on the phone with customer support. I was also added by my husband as an authorized user and that wasn’t correctly done either. I called customer support the first guy I spoke with was nice and all but not helpful whatsoever, he directed my call to someone who did absolutely nothing to fix the multiple problems we faced. They advertise first month is free, after we asked about the promotion told that’s only for someone who plans on renting for a single month?!?!? That makes no sense, if that’s true how would they make money if that promotion is only reserved for those who need a single month! Make it make sense. Buyer beware and do yourself a favor go somewhere that is not clearly ran by incompetent management!!! I clean houses for a living and now have to arrive at 6am to unload my vehicle which is a huge inconvenience, waste of time, gas, and money. Anyone treated this way should be compensated accordingly. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Nick, the property manager at the Heisley Rd in Mentor OH location,, took us to various sized storage units so that we, as seniors, could assess our ability to access the units as well as determine the size appropriate to our needs. He is very knowledgeable, courteous; and professional. We are anticipating using it to enable us to address issues in the amount and items we are storing and do some home repairs as well. We are very impressed!
