Excellent choice!, what a positive experience. The staff was extremely helpful. Allowed me to take my time, answered all my questions, showed me the actual unit and location on the lot. Walked me through the gate code procedure at the actual (Key/Pad) entry to the premises. Fully making sure I felt confident in every aspect of becoming a new customer at Extra Space Storage. Staff was beyond helpful every step of the way, and even helped with a billing issue I had! I thought my three month plan would land with when I was moving out, but I ended up falling into the next month charge and they gave me a good refund for the days I didn't use! Couldn't think of a nicer place for first time storage unit renters.

So far is been ok im currently paying 120 dollars for a 10 by 15 i hope it doeant go up much more. People are struggling to make ends meet this is only my first rate increase. I should be only expected to pay that much the rest of the year not keep on going up and up and up.while new rates pay half. Thats not fiar to loyal payees. They did work with me for the first rate increase. If my rate srays about 120 the rest of the year ill be ok but if its more and more and more i cant pay 250 or more for my stuff 120 or 140 is about all i can pay. So i really hope thwy work with people becuase its hard to live with inflation and prices. U cant twll me that it cost that much more for the unit and operations. Great staff though and clean. Helpful but far as their above people above thwm they hopegully will relook at thier competitors who are beating thwm in inteoductroy prices and adjust accordingliny even with rate increase.
