I like that you can set up your storage with no contact. I do not like that the system can make errors and you have no way of fixing them on your own. I also don't like that they force you to buy their lock and return it if you don't want to. That is no longer contactless. I was also told the price would suddenly nearly double after the first 4 months. I don't think that's a fair time frame Maybe go up 10 bucks after a year. But that's not the plan. I do like the location of the facility even though the units available are extremely limited.

Great Customer Service from Cody Bachman and Reece McQueen - they made us feel like old friends and new family. The units are clean. The property smells clean and I loved that they have mouse traps throughout the whole building. The access is plenty wide enough for large items and plenty of parking. We are pleasantly surprised and peaceful with the whole experience. Thank You Reece & Cody. We look forward to doing business with you both. Also, Thank You to Lucy for the great Customer Service Experience she gave us on the phone on Sunday when we called after hours to get information and rates. We had to go NO further to find a storage unit. She also made us feel very comfortable paying for a year in advance for this unit, sight unseen. So, this is why we give a 5 star rating.

Clean facility. Good prices until they raise the rent every 4-6 months for "increased fees". SURPRISE!!!

The employees that work here are nice, however this building does have its problem with roaches and mice. Not sure if it’s from the customers or that the building is surrounded by large fields being on the edge of town. The smell of rodents is very present from the moment you walk into the building.
