Renting here for the last 4/5months, it’s been quite what I needed. I haven’t had much interaction with the staff but a nod here and there. Since Brandon has been here the service and customer care has gone up tremendously! He has made it a point that every time I am here that I have a good experience, I have watched him time and time again go out of his way to make sure that other clients and myself are taken care of. He brought this experience from a 3 ?? to a 5 ?? I will definitely be recommending this facility.

I was a little worried with the new owners taking over back in September 2024. My concerns were completely unwarranted! I had a couple issues with my lock on one of the two units that I rent. I was met with Immediate assistance by maintenance staff and Brenda with the office. I encountered another issue that I would have never known about had the staff not made routine walking rounds to check on the security of the units. Brandon was able to follow up and offer a solution that worked for my schedule! Very pleased! Would definitely recommend
