Aaron at this location was wonderful to work with. Very responsive, professional, and friendly. This location feels safe and secure. A part from my door came off and Aaron fixed it right away, and when it was time to move out of this facility as I moved cities, he made the process smooth and easy. Highly recommend this location and renting with Aaron!

Aaron was awesome to work with. First off the first day I showed up I entered the gate and he met me at my unit and introduced himself. Then a couple weeks ago I went to him with a problem of needing a larger unit. He gave me a couple options and then got me setup. As soon as I moved all my stuff out of the smaller storage unit he noticed it and closed that account for the smaller unit. I always recommend a place based on customer service and he went above and beyond and I feel like 5 stars is not enough.

I have had a very good experience at Extra Space Storage. The spaces are clean and secure, and Aaron at the Murray Blvd. and Scholls Ferry location has been great to work with. Highly recommend them.

The manager at the Beaverton location is amazing. He was patient with all my questions and my call backs as I navigated a quick necessary move of items to storage. The unit was super clean and ready for my move and the provided lock was excellent. I would take a flashlight as the units themselves were quite dark but the corridors were well lit. This place is the best!!!!
