Cara at extra space storage was very helpful, kind and answered all my questions. She even gave me a quick tour and showed exactly where my storage locker was and how to use it being that it was my first time using a storage locker.

This is the second time I have rented from Extra Space Storage. Times were about 2 years apart. It seems like nothing has changed. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also very helpful. The facility is kept clean.

I have had a wonderful experience using Extra Space Storage for several years. Rates are reasonable, its always clean, there are units inside out of the heat and rain and the staff have always been friendly and helpful, especially Cara!
