Online or phone call acquisition of space is real convenient. I used the phone method to check for best deal. Everyone I spoke with were helpful and friendly. Got a great deal when I prepaid 3 mo. Only needed a month, and was reimbursed for unused months. Tarynn was kind and helpful in handling my exit. We would definitely rent from Extra Space Storage again. Thx Tarynn. -Brian
