Justin, the manager at the Oregon City Extra Space Storage, is hands down one of the best managers I’ve ever dealt with. He’s always friendly, always has a smile on his face, and genuinely goes out of his way to help. He was more than happy to show me additional units I was considering, even though it meant extra work for him, and he never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him. The property itself is a reflection of the pride he takes in his job. The grounds are always clean and well maintained—no garbage, no yard debris, and the weeds are kept under control. Both the unit I rented and another one I looked at were absolutely spotless. The office is also clean, organized, and welcoming. Justin is consistently out and about keeping an eye on the property, making sure there isn’t any riffraff hanging around, which really adds to the sense of security. Overall, this has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. Great customer service is getting harder to find these days, but Justin sets the standard. If I could give him six stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend this location
