Tremendous company. Very personal prompt service. Been a customer 2 years. Great communication. Billing is easy. Every time I’ve needed help they were there. Pricing has remained the same. Units are clean and secure. I just needed to close my account. I needed the contents of the unit emptied and sent to the dump. I didn’t have to go search for a company to do this. They did that for me @ a remarkable low price. And did this all remote. I didn’t have to set a foot on the property to do this. Since I’m remote that was huge for me. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I’d go back in a second.

I packed everything i owned into a unit at the Happy Valley location nine months ago and headed across the country for a job opportunity. Moving in was a breeze and they were very accommodating. Since then Joseph and the team have been amazing at helping me handle and extend my tenancy remotely. I could not recommend him or his location more highly.

Great secure climate controled facility! No more moldy/damp/dark household goods/electronics/clothes. Joseph the knowledgeable manager helps keep the place kleen and safe. Joseph was extremely helpful. My son is moving across the country to be closer to family. I came in to ask questions about renting units multiple times and Jospeh was always happy to take the time to answer my questions and discuss options.
