We have rented two storage spaces for over a year at this facility and are in the process of consolidating down to one unit. From initial signing of the contract to move out, Jeff has been our go-to guy. He is friendly, courteous, and professional in all of our interactions and goes above and beyond to support his customers. I was expecting that moving out would be lengthy or tedious with written notice, paperwork to cancel auto-payment, and a trip down to the office. Instead, Jeff was able to handle everything over the phone in seconds. What a breath of fresh air! The unit itself has more than accommodated our needs and the available hours, security, lighting, and cleanliness of the place has made storing our items convenient and us to feel secure about our belongings.
