I recently received a rent increase letter and I was going to lose my rental. I called and the manager graciously adjusted the price so I could stay in the unit. This world needs kindness and ExtraSpace is Awesome.

The storage facility is very clean new and has state-of-the-art access controls. There are carts for moving your things in and out and a loading area, elevators, etc. The facility Is climate controlled and I can't foresee anybody having any issues with mold or mildew on things. If you have to store something we like this extra space storage.
