He showed me around the facility (which is clean and kept well!). Jeff explained everything clearly, and ensured I understood the pricing and terms upfront with full transparency. I don’t know what’s going on here. first day told access hrs are until 10 pm it’s 8 pm. Dropped off my stuff, came back to get everything organized after dropping off the U-Haul and Jeff limited my hours to office hours. Hope you’re reading this Jeff . not super happy.

I rented the smallest unit in May, due to retail therapy by August I needed a larger unit. The staff was helpful in suggesting a unit to suit my needs. And the bathroom is always very clean!
