Lights are OFF on my floor and don’t turn on. Serial killer vibe. Elevator requires ten digit code every time you use it and the code in the app is tiny - very hard to read, and must be bookended by a star and a hashtag. Nobody ever answers the phone. Haven’t got through to a human since I signed up. Automated system that will apparently connect you with member services “doesn’t recognize my zip code” and for “security purposes” can’t connect me. Yeah right. They’re just not staffed. Endless bad experiences since signup.
