My experience first started with a phone call to inquire about renting a storage unit, being this was my first time and Norma (customer service) was very helpful in selecting the right storage unit for my needs. She took down all of my information. All I had to do was go to the storage place and that’s where I met Buddy! He showed me the unit and then took care of the rest.
