The help I had at Extra Space Storage was nothing short of phenomenal. George who was running the place could not have been more helpful. We changed our choice of the size of the space we rented 3 times and he never complained. Then we have a conceptual problem with the locking mechanism and with a big smile he showed us again how to use it. The units themselves are easy to get into and out of. Our only complaint is that each unit does not have its own overhead lighting. But that is minor compared to the location and convenience of the storage unit. Just excellent staff and at a very fair price..

Sam was great - took me at 5 till opening despite not having an appt and told me I needed a 10x10. Didn’t listen to her and when I realized my 5x10 too small she transferred me to the 10x10 in moments. Clean, secure, climate controlled and convenient!
