This storage facility has been a pleasant experience from the start. After months of contemplating, I stopped by to check them out. Sam is great and took the time to show me each unit I was interested in. She asked me what I needed and highlighted the features of the facility. There are large carts that can be used to help you move in, at no cost and are always available in the lobby. There is also a clean bathroom right in the lobby which was also a huge plus if you ever need to be at the facility for any extended period of time. After the tour and discussing prices, I felt no pressure to commit. I however was sold and signing up was a breeze. Security is also a huge priority and the building is super clean. She reassured me that if ever I needed anything I can easily reach out to her or her staff directly. This is best storage unit I have ever had, and I have had 4 units at different companies, no one compares to this company! Thank you!

I got this wonderful lady in Tennessee I’m terrible with names I think her name was Kaylee. She was so very helpful answered all my questions and concerns explaining everything completely. Then Samantha from the location of the unit I was renting called to give me additional information and welcome me to the facility and ensured that I would have a smooth transition to the facility.
