Extra Space Storage has been amazing I ran into an issue with my account and payment and contacted Extra Space within minutes Fred was able to not only go over my account but explain in detail what possibly happened Fred was able to fix my issue within minutes and even gave me a courtesy call back letting me know everything went through on my account. I'm very grateful for all his help and explaining in detail everything about my account. Very Happy Customer its not often you get great customer service these days but today Fred gave me that.
