I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage in Levittown. I got a 10x10 unit at a really good price, and Tania was absolutely awesome! I bet everyone raves about her. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely willing to help me with everything I needed. You can tell she actually cares about helping customers instead of just trying to get them in and out the door. And then there was the bathroom… ?? At my previous storage facility, the bathroom was locked 24/7, 365 days a year. So when I walked into Extra Space Storage and saw that the bathroom was actually OPEN, I couldn't believe my eyes. I felt like I had just seen an alien or a movie star or something. I was completely starstruck by an open bathroom door! ???? Seriously though, the facility is clean, convenient, reasonably priced, and the customer service was excellent. Tania definitely made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit. And if you're lucky enough to meet Tania, tell her the guy who was starstruck by the bathroom said hello! ??

I did my reservation online and did my check in online. When I arrived I was still greeted and was giving directions where my unit was . The facility was so clean cool and very good lighting. My unit was very clean . My move in was very smooth no problems or issues.
