The space is nice when you first move stuff in but the experience goes downhill fast. My rates have increased multiple times over the last year and are now close to $200 a month when it was barely $100 at the start. There has also been issues with mice. I have reported the issue but my feedback is always met with disinterested ears. Since I did not get their insurance package I’m basically out of luck they say. “If you got insurance with us we could do something but it looks like you didn’t” is a direct quote. The mice have caused significant damages to items in the unit and they still persist. Don’t waste your time here. Go anywhere else. You’re better off just putting your stuff under a tarp on the side of the road with a sign that says “please don’t touch.” Update 1/16/26: While in my storage unit I notice some things missing and moved around. Then I noticed the wire mesh that runs along the top of all the units had been cut away. Someone had climbed in and rummaged through my things. If you don’t have insurance through the storage unit they tell you “sorry, too bad.”
