Update Oct 5 2026 extra space storage. Wanted to provide an excellent reference for Kevin the manager at the Cranberry location. I have rented here through a couple companies and I wanted to say that Kevin has been the most awesome polite, friendly, and accommodating manager. He is a professional and takes care of his customers. Every time I call him, he has a picks up the phone and gets back to me very quickly and takes care of my request and a very timely fashion. If he wasn’t here, I may have considered relocating to another Storage Unit because he made everything very pleasant for me. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage unit to make sure you speak with Kevin and he will give you high-level professional service! Lisa I wanted to provide an excellent review fot William again for providing excellent customer service. When I was there yesterday as one of the garage doors was not functioning and the one stall was being occupied so he went to find that tenant and kindly ask them to move over so we both can fit within the garage to unload our cars. He want the extra effort to make sure both of his tenants had space to unload. Also, today I called and he helped me out with promptly providing all my itemized receipts I requested for the year from my units as I have rented three units over the past year. He continues to go above and beyond for his customers with a positive and professional attitude with excellent customer service! He is even going to help with applying my birthday credit which was sent to me then email. William is a valued asset to community Park storage and I am happy to know that he can handle our issues as they arise. He is always knowledgeable and helpful and values his customers.
