Only time ever using a storage unit so nothing else to compare it to, but my experience was 5/5. I got a killer price (my unit was massive and whatever deal they had going on when I signed up for it made it cheaper than the next cheapest option at U-Haul, which was more expensive for their smallest unit). Signing up and accessing it same day was a breeze (I wound up needing to move in a rush), the office was closed for the weekend and it made no difference, was able to move in right away. Covered entryway, so bad weather is a non issue when moving stuff in or out, the parking area isn’t huge but it was never busy so even moving every thing out with a big UHaul on a weekend went smoothly, plenty of dollies to use to move your stuff, easy peasy move in and out. Only interaction I had with staff was to end my lease, and the person I spoke with was lovely and helpful. The space is super secure (two pin pads to even get to the units, plus a lock they provide) and was clean. Literally only issue I can think of is that the parking area is sloped, and the dollies don’t seem to have wheel locks on them so the carts had a tendency to try to roll off as you move stuff off of them which can be a bit of a pain, but minor issue in the grand scheme of things. Would def recommend this place to anyone looking for temp storage!

I’m perfectly happy with the storage unit and facilities themselves (they’re clean and well maintained with easy access and long hours, albeit with pretty annoying and limited parking), but they have increased my unit cost twice in the past nine months, for a total increase of fifty percent in this time. I understand price adjustments in this economy, but this feels like an egregious price hike. There’s nowhere else convenient for me with currently available units that are *enough* cheaper to justify the pain of moving my stuff right now, but I will absolutely be keeping my eyes open and moving whenever it makes sense to do so.
