I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for Extra Space Storage on Carson Street. I’ve been renting with them since 2023 and have never had a negative experience. The staff has always been professional, helpful, and committed to resolving any issues that come up. I especially want to recognize Tawana. She has been a true breath of fresh air, so helpful, patient, and genuinely caring. She really listened to my situation, empathized with what I was going through, and went above and beyond to find the best solution for my needs, including helping me secure a lower rate. Her professionalism and kindness are the main reasons I’m still renting at this facility. Because of people like Tawana, I consider myself a forever customer.

Alex was super helpful!!! Aubrey was awesome!!!! UPDATE 11/6/25 -After a year I got the dreaded "rate increase" letter in the mail. So, unfortunately, now I have to move my stuff out because I simply can't afford it. Three stars because it's a really clean place, the front desk workers are nice and not to blame for their company's greed. And then they will randomly send you rate increases and they will not negotiate. I tried it, they told me "that's just the way it is." Unfortunately, the key they provide you with can open any unit, which is a security risk. I found this out when I moved from my smaller unit to my bigger unit and the same key opened both units. I think they do this so you're forced into buying a combination lock from them. Capitalism is truly a monster. I will be moving out this weekend or the next.
