$50 Moving Truck Credit in New York City

Only available at participating locations for selected units. Extra Space will provide a $50.00 credit for customers that use a moving truck or moving service to move into the Extra Space facility. To redeem, customers must provide a valid receipt from the moving service to the store manager. Please see the store manager for additional details.

Unit sizes advertised for rent are approximate only and units at the self-storage facility may differ slightly in shape and/or size. Customers should inspect the actual unit to be rented before signing a rental agreement and should base the decision to rent on the inspection of the unit and not on the advertised unit size. Safe, well-lit, and extremely clean facility. This is the cleanest self-storage facility that I’ve ever used. Tracy at the front desk is friendly and accommodating - she was always helpful when I had questions about the facility. I will be a repeat customer, if I ever need local storage again!

Clean. Only 1 staff person who had to leave the reception area to help me with a balky elevator. I felt vulnerable alone in an empty building. I don't think it's wise to go there alone.

So far so good. Weary of sudden rate increases but I’ll update my review if/when that happens :-) So far I haven’t interacted with anyone which is my preference. I reserved my rental online, my locks were waiting for me upon arrival and I very visit so far has been quick and quiet.

Tracey was very pleasant and helpful with arranging the transfer of my storage unit from one location to this one for various reasons. She called the other location so I didn’t have to rehash everything when I got there. The facilities are clean and convenient as well.
