If you ever get to speak to a young lady by the name of Brittany O., She’s the most consistent and logical customer service. I would’ve ever asked for for a situation looking to have a smooth, move out with a lock authorization completed with professionalism, courtesy, prompt follow through and direct return calls, absolute satisfaction. I praise her work, and I feel like individuals like her deserves big shares in this type of company. I wish to really praise her efforts and that anyone that comes in contact with her remembers this message. My reviews hit different and I know that if you were under pressure like I was, you would want Britney O to handle the solution, of course! Please, yes, indeed with lock authorization remotely, signed with ease. Move out successful are delightful outcome to my needs, to the next person may you stay be at ease. I’m out ???

I've been here for about a month now and it's nice & clean and no bugs and it fits its name (Extra Space storage) the Staff is very nice and helpful. And they are available at the facility when you need them. The location is also convenient to get to.
