Basically: I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage in this area. My stay was short term and fairly simple - needed a place to keep furniture for a few months while downsizing. Everyone I worked with was very helpful, both on the phone and in person. Romeo and Kath assisted with my move out process and were very friendly and informative! More details: The sign up process was straightforward; I was able to complete it in less than an hour by phone, since I had questions, but I imagine it would be faster if done online with an idea of what size unit you needed. The units are well secured - no entry at this location without putting a code in twice. Once I familiarized myself with the process, everything was easy to use, even during solo trips. The climate control was very appreciated during a blazing hot summer, and the location was clean and felt safe to visit anytime. Flat top carts were available in the parking space/main entry. (outside of the 1 time I arrived at the same time as a large uhaul, and they were all in use) I was able to fit a disassembled Full bed frame on the provided carts easily, but you might want help or an alternate cart style if moving a mattress, box spring, or larger items. (I just got relatives to help with that portion) For boxes, it went great. Prices seemed comparable to other options in the area, so if you're looking for quality, give this location a try.

Romeo was incredible at Extra Space storage. He walked me through every step of the way. He is so kind, patient, brilliant and was so helpful with all of my questions and needs. He made sure i understood how to enter the codes, where our unit was, how to use the locks, and gave me all the information on cards as helpers. He could not have been nicer or more patient with me. I absolutely recommend extra space storage with Romeo and manager Kathleen.

This was our first time using Extra Space Storage and I highly recommend them. Romeo was professional, patient, kind through out the whole process and understanding when we needed a few extra days to rent the storage unit. Kathy was also professional and amazing and made the initial process seamless. Moving can be stressful but both Romeo and Kathy alleviated the stress! Thank you guys ??

This new facility is quite spacious; perhaps they could add signage at the intersections to identify the number range in the upcoming row of storage spaces. Kathy and her new employee, David, helped us determine the best sized space for our needs. They showed us some of the many products they have for sale to make moving easier. We were oriented to the entry and exit procedures and had the opportunity to try the various keypads to access the doors. Overall, a pleasant and successful visit.
