The customer service here has been fantastic. Olivia and Pete have been extremely helpful in assisting me with issues I’ve had since becoming a customer here. They both took the time out of their day to help me when it came to disposing of trash. I am extremely grateful for their help and service. This place is amazing and I recommend it to everyone!

I’ve been at this location for 18 years and have had nothing but good experiences. The managers have all been excellent and the newest manager Pete might be the best. Very personable, friendly and helpful. I look forward to many more years at this location.

Great staff and very friendly here. I spoke with Keith and I had an issue with something and he gave me a courtesy call so I had a chance to resolve the issue before it turned into a big ger problem!

My experience started out good until after less than 6 months of renting my fee went up over 50%. Terrible bait and switch tactic that reflects poorly on my outlook of this company. A warning to future renters considering using Extra Space Storage
