Alana was 100% spot on! Called today and the call center directed me to her. She defined excellent customer service and streamlined the process. Long story short spoke to her around 10am and had my item secured in its new storage @ 2PM. Tells u everything u need to know about her, the customer service, the process of getting a unit. The place was clean which was a GREAT add on bonus. Thank you Alana for reminding me that excellent customer service does still exist somewhere.
