Donna is awesome!!! She is the only reason why there’s a five star rating. Donna always goes over and beyond the call of duty is always there to talk through any issues that arise. She cares about her tenants. As far as the new company, (extra space storage ) they are not client friendly and I feel they try to take advantage of long-term tenants. Hopefully, they see without us, they have no business. But again, Donna is incredible. She actually deserves 10 stars.
