I went to Extra Space Storage Warminster on a Friday to inquire about a unit and met Pete. He shuttled me around in his fancy electric golf cart and showed me a few units I was interested in. We went back to the office and he answered all of my questions and did not pressure me at all to rent a unit as I wanted a few days to think about it. The following Tuesday, I got a follow up call from Pete wanting to know if I was still interested. I went back shortly after that follow up call and rented a unit. Extremely professional and helpful and friendly! I would highly recommend this facility just because of Pete. 5 stars!!

Steve is great and very accommodating! He provided me with several options on how I could get a discount on my monthly storage rent. I was able to secure a 5x10 unit at an affordable rate. Two days later, due to heavy rain, I discovered a leak in the unit. Thankfully, the manager on duty was quick to assist and immediately switched me to a different unit. The entire process was smooth and handled professionally. Overall, the Mearns Rd ESS team is excellent—friendly, responsive, and truly committed to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!
