Karen was great to talk to at Extra Space Storage! When I visited to see the available lockers she gave me all the information I needed, and when I had a question she had an answer ready. A few days later, she made the process of renting one of their lockers super easy and quick, which I really appreciated since I was signing my lease on my lunch break! A great experience!

This facility is very clean always. I’ve been storing here for 4 years and I’m satisfied. However, the prices have gone up every year and it can get expensive. I may have to look elsewhere for a better price.

This is an excellent storage facility. It is very clean and organized very well. We were greeted by Keith as soon as we walked in the door. He had an amazing personality and was extremely helpful. He didn't rush us and took the time to explain everything to us. He was kind and just an all around good person. I highly recommend this facility and I recommend Keith even more. It is people like him who make a business successful and make people like me want to recommend places like this for others to use. Keith made our experience very positive

Extra Space Storage has an incredible Philadelphia area team in the form of the dynamic duo Kathy (Leverington) and Karen (Willow Grove). Kathy stayed in touch with me months before I actually needed the unit, and Karen took over when the residuals of Hurricane Ida made my original location a "NCD" (no can do (for all you Hall & Oates fans)). I was offered the perfect unit to meet my needs (clean, secure, climate controlled) with Karen's expertise and recommendations! Come high wind or water, Extra Space Storage and its Philly Team have everything you need for peace of mind in these tenuous times! Thanks for everything Kathy & Karen!

Easy peasy to store our property in this well cared for facility. It’s clean, feels safe and it was easy to load/unload with provided carts. I didn’t even have to go in to the office- actually was able to do paperwork via email on a Sunday at 4:30pm and had our first load icon the next day, JULY 4th!! Both Jane and Kielbasi were personable, informative, and reassuring!
