I rented a small space on Wednesday 8/22 - that was supposed to start on Sunday 8/26 - when I arrived to that space on 8/26 there was no email with my passcode for the gate because the employee put in the start date for Monday 8/27 - I also realized that I needed a bigger space so I rented a bigger space online on Sunday and got in which was very convenient - I went back on Monday to complain that the start date was entered wrong and see if I could get the money I spent on the previous space to count for this space. The employee gave me back the unused amount I paid for but I still lost $100 because she said that I previously rented a space and the insurance and starting costs weren’t transferable even though I never took possession of the first space. Overall it felt pretty scammy - I’m still using them but I felt that because the lease never started I should be able to transfer the costs completely to the newer bigger lease space and this review would be a lot more positive. I still trust them, but the business practices could be better.
