I called them today as soon as a I saw my new rent price which threw me for a loop!! The associate named Chris told me to give him 24-48hrs to see what he could do about my new rate. A couple hours later and I got a call from him, he was able to help me get a more agreeable rent and I cannot tell you how thankful I am for that!! For almost 2 yrs I've been renting from this company and I love how clean and high tech the facility is, the only time I called was about the rent and was able to be assisted by Chris asap!! Thank you guys for the space and vouching on my behalf, you guys are a life saver!!

Im very happy with my experience with Extra Space Storage. Red is totally awesome. Since I signed he made me feel so comfortable from the beginning. It doesn't help that we share the same birthday. ???? But I had to go back and he was the same pleasant person from the beginning. I'll keep him . We're family now . ???? I hope he never leaves . THE BEST IN HARRISBURG.. I had to do an emergency move and needed storage same day and got the 1st month free! If u need storage space come here!! Very clean, spacious and convenient. Shoutout to RED AND SPENCER they hooked me up it was really a blessing I am so grateful for their help like they literally went above and beyond. Customer service EXCELLENT. A million stars ??????
