The facility itself is very nice and well kept. The only reason I am giving the 3 Star rating is because this place is constantly raising their monthly fees without notice. There truly has to be some sort of consumer protection that prevents them from being able to increase the rates as often as they like. I compared rates with 2 other friends that rent here and we are all paying a different amount for the same size space… Something definitely isn’t right here. You would think with all the remodeling that was done, the owners would want to keep customers there by making the spaces affordable and not continuously raising rent to the point people have to leave.

Easily was able to setup the unit online. It is truly contactless, as they advertise. When we moved out, it was very easy to just login to our account, select move out, and select a date. Didn't even have to call or go into the office because management checked the unit and finalized the move out. I would 100% recommend this location of Life Storage. The only reason for the 4 star is that, though I understand reduced special rates, after 4 months the rental rate did increase to double the initial rate. Every storage place will do the same anyways, so I am really only including this in the review to prepare for a possible increase if you receive a special move in rate. I will say though, at least they have done a very nice job of updating the entrance and exit for smooth access to the units.
