We are using the storage space to store college dorm room items for the summer. This was very easy to book. The space is super secure and bright. Customer service is also great, after I booked the unit someone called to see if I had any questions. I would recommend to others!

I reserved a small space & cancelled within the allowed free cancellation period. It took 3 phone calls to cancel. 1 day after the refund, they charged my card again. They are very expensive & tend to hike their price depending on demand. So if their capacity decreased, they not only increased the price for new rentals but also the price of the current rentals too. Last year when they charged me for a month and I let them know well in advance that I will terminate my rental 1 wk into the month, they kept the whole month rental price. They said I needed to explicitly request for them to prorate the 3 remaining wks for refund. It apparently does not make sense that I want a refund of the remaining unused rental.
