I rented a Self storage - Medium - 10' x 10'. It was clearly pictured as one 10 x 10 unit. When I arrived it was two 5 x 10 units next to each other with a wall in between. When I called spoke to the person at the desk they said that if I wanted a 10 x 10 unit it would an extra charge. I'm not happy but will use the units as I am in a rush at the moment, don't have time to deal with the kind of thing and I will make it work. Unfortunately in a couple of months I will need to make a change. Disappointed as it feels like bait and switch. Easy sign up process online. Convenient location, easy online process, clean facility. Too bad about the reality.
