This is my third time renting here! Customer service was superb with getting me squared away and ready to go! I highly recommend this location for climate controlled storage! 12 Oct 24 update I do not hold the employees responsible, but decision makers are a different situation. During my rental, they had to secure each floor of the building. However, that means some floors, like mine, had not bathroom access when nobody was working. I cannot justify renting a storage unit at their prices if I have to worry about bathroom access.
